How to Get Started in 5 Simple Steps

1. Register & Get Verified:

   Sign up with your basic details. Your profile will be reviewed by our team. To ensure a safe community, completing a mandatory KYC verification is the first step to getting your account approved.

2. Complete Your Profile:

   Once approved, make your profile stand out. Set your Display Name, write a compelling Short Bio (max 150 characters), upload a professional Profile Image, and add up to three social media links (which our team will approve) to showcase your presence.

3. Configure Your Services & Pricing:

   In your "Services & Pricing" dashboard, toggle which services you want to offer (Video Calls, Ask a Question, Personalized Shout-Outs). Set your price in INR for each. For video calls, you can set unique prices for various durations (1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 9, 12, 15 minutes). You must price at least one duration to be bookable.

4. Set Your Video Call Availability:

   In the "Availability" section, define your "Max Daily Threshold" for calls (from 0 to 300 minutes). Then, use the calendar to mark specific dates you are available for bookings. Remember, dates must be marked as available a specified number of days in advance.

5. Provide Payout Information:

   Securely add your Bank Account or UPI details in the "Settings" section. This is where we will send your monthly earnings.

Managing Your Interactions

• Today's Calls (Your Dynamic Queue): This is your command center on call days (8 AM - 6 PM IST). You'll see a prioritized list of fans who have booked calls. You can see who is currently online or who has marked themselves as "Ready" for a call. Simply click "Start Call" to initiate the connection.
• Question Management: Get notified when a fan asks a question. View and answer it directly from your dashboard within the specified response window.
• Shout-Out Requests: Our Admin team will reach out to you with all the details for a fan's shout-out request. You record the video offline, send it to our team, and we handle the review and secure delivery to the fan. Your dashboard will keep you updated on the status.
