How Video Calls Work

Tap "I'm Ready" when you're available. No need to stay online all day.
📞 Partner Initiates
Partner starts the call when you've signaled readiness (8 AM–6 PM IST).
🔄 Missed? Try Again
Missed a call? Tap "I'm Ready" again when free. Booking stays active.

If missed: Fan can signal "Ready" again • Partner may retry • Booking remains active until completed or cancelled
For Fans
- Discover & Connect: Browse the platform to discover partners. Use the "Connect Now" button for video calls, or "Ask Question" / "Request Shout-Out" for other services.
- Book a Video Call:
- Check a partner's calendar for available dates. Fans can book anytime if there is slot availability.
- Select a call duration: 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 9, 12, or 15 minutes.
- Add an optional note for the partner and complete the payment.
- Your booking remains active until completed or cancelled by you.
- Request Other Services:
- Ask a Quick Question: Pay a fee to ask a single text-based question. The partner will respond within a set timeframe.
- Personalized Shout-Out: Request a custom pre-recorded video message. The partner creates your personalized video, and it will be delivered to you through the platform.
- Join Your Video Call:
- You don't need to stay online all day. Tap "I'm Ready" when you're available—that's the signal for the partner to start your call.
- Partners can initiate calls between 8 AM and 6 PM IST when you've signaled readiness.
- You will receive a notification to join the call.
- If you miss a call attempt, simply tap "I'm Ready" again when free. The partner may retry when you signal availability.

- Manage Everything: Use your Fan Dashboard to track upcoming calls, see your question history, monitor shout-out request status, and view payment history.
For Partners
- Onboarding: Register your profile and submit your documents for verification. Once your profile is reviewed and approved, you get access to the Partner Dashboard.
- Set Up for Business:
- Complete your public profile with a name, bio, and social media links.
- Go to "Services & Pricing" to opt-in to the services you want to offer and set your price for each.
- Use the "Availability" page to mark dates you are open for calls based on your schedule and set your maximum daily call time. Availability is dynamic based on slot availability.
- Manage Video Calls:
- On your available dates, your "Today's Calls" page shows a dynamic queue of fans booked for the day.
- The queue helps you track who is ready and waiting for a call.
- You can initiate calls to fans from this queue anytime between 8 AM and 6 PM IST.
- Handle Other Services:
- Questions: Answer incoming questions from your "Question Management" dashboard.
- Shout-Outs: Fulfill shout-out requests by creating a personalized video, which will be delivered to the fan through the platform.
- Track Earnings: Your "Earnings" dashboard helps you track your revenue from all services. Receive your earnings through regular, hassle-free payouts.
