Safety Guidelines

Zudue is committed to providing a secure, respectful, and meaningful space for all users—Fans and Partners alike. These Safety Guidelines outline the principles and proactive steps we take to maintain a trustworthy environment, especially for minors, vulnerable users, and public-facing personalities.

1. VERIFIED IDENTITIES & KYC

  • All Partners must complete KYC before offering services.
  • Fans accessing Premium Partners must also undergo optional KYC.
  • Minors must provide guardian details, including consent and contact info.
  • Zudue verifies IDs to reduce impersonation, fraud, and inappropriate activity.

2. ONE-ON-ONE INTERACTION RULES

Zudue facilitates private video calls. To ensure these remain respectful and safe, all users must adhere to the following rules:

Strictly Prohibited

  • Sexual, suggestive, or adult content
  • Harassment, bullying, intimidation, or threats
  • Hate speech, casteist, racist, or communal content
  • Asking for personal contact information
  • Recording or distributing the call without consent

Required of All Users

  • Use real identities (display name, not alias)
  • Be respectful, professional, and culturally sensitive
  • Use the call only for the stated booking purpose
  • Report violations via platform reporting features or email

3. SHOUT-OUT SAFEGUARDS

  • All shout-out videos are reviewed by Zudue Admins before being shared.
  • If the content submitted by a Fan is inappropriate, Admins may reject it and issue a refund or warning.
  • Partners should never include offensive, misleading, or third-party promotional content in shout-outs.

4. ASK-A-QUESTION PROTECTIONS

  • Questions that include harassment, abuse, or off-topic trolling may be rejected.
  • Zudue reserves the right to refund and block accounts that misuse this feature.

5. REPORTING & RESOLUTION

Users can report:

  • Harassment or misconduct during calls
  • Inappropriate shout-out or question content
  • Technical issues or abusive chat history

Report via:

  • Via Email: safety@zudue.com
  • Via Platform: Use the "Report" button in the app (coming soon).
  • Via Grievance Officer: Contact details are available in our Privacy Policy.

Zudue investigates all complaints confidentially within 72 hours, with appropriate penalties up to and including account suspension.

6. PROTECTING MINORS

  • Verified guardian details are required if the Fan is a minor.
  • Zudue prohibits one-on-one video calls between adult Partners and minors unless the minor is KYC-verified and supervised via guardian consent.
  • Inappropriate behavior involving minors will be reported under applicable laws including the POCSO Act, 2012.

7. TECHNICAL SAFEGUARDS

  • Encrypted video calls (via Jitsi or similar)
  • OTP-secured logins
  • No download access to video call recordings (Zudue doesn't store them)
  • Admin moderation for all shout-out videos
