Zudue Platforms Private Limited ("Zudue", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to safeguarding your personal data and ensuring transparency in how we collect, process, store, and share it. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected via our digital services, including our websites, applications, and other related features (collectively, the "Platform").
Our Platform facilitates personalized interactions between users ("Fans") and independent creators and professionals ("Partners") within India.
IMPORTANT: By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Platform.
1. TYPES OF DATA WE COLLECT
1.1. Information You Provide
- Fan Registration Data: Full name, email, mobile number (OTP-verified), age, and gender.
- Partner Registration Data: Display name, bio, social media links, profile image, and payout details (bank account or UPI).
- KYC Documents:
- Mandatory for Partners; includes government-issued photo ID.
- Optional for Fans (required to access Premium Partners). If the Fan is a minor, guardian details (name, relationship, contact) are collected for consent purposes.
- Service Usage Data:
- Call notes (up to 60 characters)
- Text questions (up to 300 characters)
- Shout-out request content (name, occasion, message)
- Support Communications: Emails, chats, and help desk messages exchanged with our support or admin teams.
1.2. Information We Collect Automatically
- Device and Log Data: IP address, device type, operating system, browser, time zone, and geolocation (approximate).
- Usage Data: Session timestamps, page interactions, call status (e.g., "Joined", "Dropped"), and time spent.
- Cookies and Analytics: We use cookies, web beacons, and third-party tools to track usage. See our Cookie Policy for details.
1.3. Information from External Sources
- Payments: We do not store card/bank information. RAZORPAY processes all payments. We receive transaction status and identifiers from them.
- Social Media: Partners who link their Instagram, YouTube, etc., permit Zudue to display their profile image or public name.
- Compliance Checks: We may use third-party services to verify KYC documents, bank account ownership, or detect fraud.
2. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we rely on the following lawful bases:

- Send critical notifications (e.g., call reminders, earnings updates)
- Administer partner payouts and commissions
- Respond to support queries and resolve disputes
- Comply with tax, payment, and regulatory requirements
We do not use your personal data for profiling or automated decision-making.
4. DISCLOSURE AND SHARING OF INFORMATION
Zudue does not sell your personal data. We share data only in the following cases:

6. DATA RETENTION
We retain data for:

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
- We do not knowingly allow children under 18 to use the Platform without verified guardian consent.
- KYC for minors mandates guardian information
- Parents may review, correct, or delete a minor's information by contacting our Grievance Officer
- If we become aware of unauthorized use by a minor, we will take steps to suspend and delete the account.
8. YOUR RIGHTS UNDER INDIAN LAW
In accordance with the DPDP Act, you have the right to:

- Ensure protections per Indian law or execute contracts under DPDP-compliant Standard Contractual Clauses
10. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy as required by law or business needs. Changes will be:
- Notified via email or platform alerts
- Effective upon update of the "Last Updated" date at the top
Continued use of the Platform after changes signifies your agreement.
